Ou consacrer sa m\u00e9ditation \u00e0 une id\u00e9e, ou un but.<\/span><\/p>\n<p> <span class=\"gmoyen\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.ac-am.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/09\/balle02.gif\" alt=\"\" border=\"0\" \/> 4. 30 minutes est un bon d\u00e9but pour commencer, allumer et \u00e9teindre une bougie peut constituer un rituel int\u00e9ressant, m\u00e9diter avant un repas car la digestion a tendance \u00e0 occulter les centres psychiques de l&rsquo;\u00eatre.<\/span><\/p>\n<p> <span class=\"gmoyen\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.ac-am.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/09\/balle02.gif\" alt=\"\" border=\"0\" \/> Comprendre que ce type d&rsquo;exercice vise notamment \u00e0 produire un \u00e9tat de concentration qui cr\u00e9e dans l&rsquo;esprit une conscience intense de clart\u00e9, de lucidit\u00e9 et d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie potentielle. Cela r\u00e9sulte d&rsquo;une modification de conscience, au gr\u00e9 de laquelle la s\u00e9paration entre le sujet et l&rsquo;objet se dissout et les fronti\u00e8res normales du temps et de l&rsquo;espace disparaissent.
